I used to have sun cellular sim, they offer a good package actually one of the best, but I stopped using it because we don’t have a suncel signal at the office (SBMA) which is very unfortunate. Hope they can do something about it soon.

      • admin says:

Where is the SBMA located sis? They have a list on the areas that they’ll strengthen the signal. Maybe your place is included now. Thanks!

I’ve been a Sun postpaid subscriber for several years already. Other than they have a good signal in my locality, with my plan SMS sent abroad is only P1.00 and calls are P5.00/min. Definitely affordable for an OFW-wife like me.

Its good to know that they are doing those expansion for the Mindanao area to reach more people. I also wonder, what’s more now that PLDT acquired Sun?

    • yaeh cool and generous nman ng Suncellular! I haven’t tried their broadband stick, but with regards to mobiles services, okay na okay sila :)

di pa ako nagtry ng net ng sun. but i have sun sim and i love their promos :)

Wow, this is great news for people from Mindanao and those who have loved ones in the island.. :D I’ve only tried bringing my sun cellular to Visayas, but now that they have stronger signal in Mindanao, I think taking a trip there soon wouldn’t hurt ’cause I can still stay in touch.. :D

    • I use sun for my mobile services and good to know they’re going strong in Mindanao through their Internet services too. When I was there last year it wasn’t as reliable.

    • Ivan says:

hi po! ask ko po kung malakas po ba kahit saan sa cdo ang net signal ng Sun? kasi im planning to buy sun broadband stick! and wala din bang limit ang surfing time?

      • admin says:

Hello Ivan, sorry for the late reply. I have heard good reviews on some of my colleagues regarding the SUN broadband stick. But still depends on your location. My friend who lives near the Marcos bridge have a positive feedback on it. Yes, unlimited talaga ung surfing time nila not like the other broadband companies.

    • ivan says:

hi. tanong lng po kung mabilis po ba ang internet signal ng sun kahit saan sa CDO? bibili po ako ng sun wireless broadband kit pero nag.dadalawang isip baka mahina ang net.
